Steeping Guidelines
Preparation of Hot Flavoured Matcha (using bowl).
1. Place 1/2 teapoon (2gms) of matcha in a bowl. Mix with few drops of hot water (around 175F or 85C).
2. Using a Chassen, mix throughly.
3. Add hot water (320ml or 120oz) mix throughly with a Chassen.
4. Serve in tea cups.
