Our tea-infused chocolates bring together the richness of cacao with the quiet character of tea.
We source our cocoa nibs from Colombia and Peru, and use raw cane sugar (panela) from Colombia—known for its smooth texture and natural depth. It carries notes of molasses, caramel, and toffee, with a gentle hint of warm spice, adding a soft complexity to every bite.
